When you register as a new member or renew an existing membership, an invoice will automatically be sent to your email address. Payment details can be found on the invoice.  The preferred payment method is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  EFT payments may take up to a week to process. Please ensure you quote the invoice reference number when making an EFT or bank deposit.  A receipt will be issued by email.  Credit card payments are also accepted.  A receipt will be issued at the time of payment.  A 2% merchant surcharge applies to all credit card payments.  If you do not receive your invoice or receipt - please check your spam folder. If you have difficulties with the registration or renewal process, please contact bairnsdalerc@gmail.com for assistance.

Applications are reviewed by the Committee before final approval.  You may need to allow up to 30 days for approval (at the next Committee meeting).  Approval of volunteer memberships (particularly where this involves supervision of juniors) will take longer because of the Club's obligations to comply with Child Protection and other screening processes.

Junior Memberships (<18yrs) - we do not email juniors directly without parent/guardian consent. If you wish your child to receive Club communications directly in addition to yourself, the junior members email address can be included in the 'Additional email addresses' field on registration.

Visitors who are not affiliated with other rowing clubs may row up to 3 times before joining the Club and paying a fee.  These sessions must be arranged in advance through a Committee member.  A membership form must be completed before using Club equipment - a membership form is available for download at the link below.
